"Ordered 3 kurtis for my mother online directly through their website. Firstly, recieved order after 10 days that too when i had paid in advance due to discount on prepaid. Secondly, the quality of the fabric is very dull and obselete seems like they were made some 2-3 years ago. Thirdly, when i wanted to return 2 kurtis they were not ready to pick up the return but when i insisted they did so after 15 days. Fourthly, they didn't returned the money back in my bank account from where i made the purchase. They simply told that you will get refund only in lakshita's wallet and we will not refund the money back. So lastly i fell in the trap of this fake company and i had wasted approximately 11000 rs in this company. Considering options for complaining in consumer forum."

I requested many times since after one month they came for pickup when I was going to police complain nd after pickup they are transfering money back nor refund in wallet again 15 days passed after pickup.
